Heather Cameron, President of Horizon Performance Insights, is a Certified Executive Coach and an expert facilitator. She has over 20 years of management experience including sales, marketing, portfolio management and research & development.
Heather draws on her passions in order to help individuals and organizations focus on key objectives, relationships, and business processes to continually reach and surpass expectations.
Heather specializes in coaching business owners, corporate executives and managers focusing on high performance leadership, organizational impact and strategic solutions.
She has developed and delivered training programs for both employees and customers, specializing in communicating complex topics to a diverse audience. Heather has developed and facilitated leadership and teambuilding workshops in Canada and in Zambia, Africa.
Throughout her career, she has consistently exceeded objectives while holding positions in Nortel Networks, and Unisys working in Canada, United States and internationally in Asia Pacific.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University, and a Diploma of Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and a Certificate of Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Heather is a certified Effective Intelligence® and Emotional Power™ Trainer & Coach and an accredited IOWEU/Smarter Selling Program Facilitator.
Heather is an active member of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, currently serving on the Board of Directors. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and is active in the Ottawa Chapter. Heather has also volunteered with Junior Achievement, Red Cross Youth Group and was a Big Sister.
